The workout begins with five minutes warm-up, which involves moving the hands
and feet to the beat as well as some stretches. Next comes a ballet segment. For

the legs to add extra resistance. Do some crunches to strengthen the abdomen
muscles.
The last part of the exercise goes back to yoga. This part involves a few rolls,
then after bending over, ends with the person standing. This is a basic program.
